Mr. Painless started the way every good tattoo starts — with a conversation. Today we run two studios, in Rhodes Town and Kos, inking locals who come back year after year and travellers who plan their holidays around a session with us.
Since 2016, Mr. Painless has grown from a single conversation into two studios — Rhodes Town and Kos — backed by 3,400+ five-star Google reviews and a following of over 100,000 on Instagram.
The name is a promise about how we work: no stress, no pressure, no surprises. You bring the idea. We design it with you, print it to exact size on your skin, and only then does the needle come out. Fast when it can be, careful always.

At Mr. Painless Tattoo, we combine artistic precision, strict hygiene standards, and a personalized experience. Our reputation is built on quality, speed, and comfort. Whether it’s your first tattoo or your fiftieth, we make sure you walk away with a piece designed just for you.
- Remove the bandage within a couple of hours and wash with water and soap. Pat dry with a clean paper towel and apply a thin film of Tattoo Care Butter or Lotion, removing any excess.
- Wash the tattoo twice daily while healing and use butter or lotion as needed to prevent dryness. Showering is fine, but do not allow it to soak.
- Do NOT pick or scratch any scabbing — let it come off on its own (usually 7–10 days). Wear clean, loose clothing while healing.
- Do NOT expose a healing tattoo to sun, swimming, hot tubs, unclean conditions or irritating clothing.
- Once healed, use a high-SPF sunblock whenever it’s exposed to the sun.
Tattoos have a partial level of pain depending on the type and placement, as well as your individual pain tolerance — but it is always easily manageable.
- Get enough sleep.
- Don’t get a tattoo when you’re sick.
- Stay hydrated.
- Eat a meal beforehand.
- Avoid alcohol.
Prices depend on size and detail. Come by the shop, work on the design with our receptionist, and we print it to exact size — then we can estimate the price. If you’re on vacation, visit us in the first days of your trip and book your appointment for the day you wish.
